Area 1 - Agro-ecological Potential

PhD project: Evaluating the impact of plant diversity on biodiversity-mediated ecosystem goods (yield) and services (e.g., pest mitigation, C sequestration) in robotic cropping systems and the role of ecological mechanisms (complementarity, selection, etc.) between cash and service crops therein

PhD project: Crop yield and nutrient balances at the field level as influenced by cutting management strategies for improved resource use efficiency in intercropping

Area 2 - Ecological Interactions Among Plants

PhD project: Modelling interactions between plants, soil, environment and management to understand competition between cash and service crops in intercrop systems.

PhD project: Spatial and temporal arrangements to improve cash and service crop performance and weed suppression in robotic intercropping systems

PhD project: Nutrients and soil microbial dynamics in service crops under different cutting and pruning strategies in robotic intercropping
