Robotic Intercropping highlighted in Nature Plants

The RIC project has been highlighted in an editorial published in Nature Plants, recognising its contribution to advancing robotic technologies for more sustainable agricultural systems.

The September 2025 editorial, “Intercropping with Robots,” explores how robotics can enhance the scalability, resilience, and sustainability of intercropping. It highlights the growing role of intelligent technologies in helping farmers adopt more diverse and environmentally sustainable cropping systems.
